Welcome! I am an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at Tamkang University, Taipei, Taiwan. I received both my Ph.D. and M.S. degrees from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Florida, USA, in 1994 and 1991, respectively. My current research interests are in the areas of machine learning, data mining, bio-medical informatics, ubiquitous intelligence, multimedia processing.
